Actor John Abraham took to his Instagram account and dropped a statement where he thanked his fans and movie buffs who have accepted his recently released film Attack. The actor mentioned that the film was an honest and humble experiment while giving the industry a new and refreshing experience. Moreover, John also mentioned that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film has already suffered a lot but they have achieved what they wanted. He is proud of the film and stands by the honest effort every team member has put in a lot of effort in Attack.
The Dhoom actor wrote, “Whatever appreciation we have received for this film, a big THANK YOU to the audience for accepting something new and different. ATTACK was an honest, humble experiment on our part to give the industry something refreshing and new. It was challenging through the 3 pandemic waves but we got what we wanted, I completely own and am proud of this film. I stand by the honest effort every team member has taken on ATTACK”
Meanwhile, talking about Attack box office collections, the film faced the burnt of SS Rajamouli’s RRR which was released a week prior to Attack. In 5 days, Attack Part 1 has collected Rs 11 crore. According to box office India, the numbers will be low even on the 6th day as well as it earned Rs 1 crore. Attack’s approx collection now stands at Rs 13 crore.

Directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, Attack tells the story of India’s first super-soldier. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh.
