John Abraham on wife Priya: She brings a lot of stability to our relationship

John Abraham had broken hearts of million girls when he got hitched to Priya Runchal, a financial analyst, in January 2014. Also the fact that his decision to marry was all of a sudden and this came as a shock to many. John who otherwise prefers to keep mum about his personal life recently spoke at length about his pillar of strength, wifey Priya and how she likes to be away from the spotlight and lead a normal life.

In a candid chat with PinkVilla, the ‘Force 2’ actor revealed that his beloved wife brings a lot of maturity to their relationship. He went on saying, “I think I’ve realised I’m pretty faulty. I’m probably not the perfect partner. I think Priya brings a lot of maturity to the relationship. A lot of sanities, a lot of stability and she’s a good person. Rarely do I find people in our industry who want to stand back. She’s one who has chosen to stand back and say, ‘Listen, I’m not interested in this space of hogging the limelight. I’d rather sit back and do some real work.”

Further, John added, “She helps me with my entire football team, startups, etc because it’s not just production. We’ve got so many different verticals so she’s the person who is actually the brains behind it all.”

We are liking how these two are standing by each other’s side at each step of their lives, what do you feel?

On the work front, John is gearing up for the release of his film ‘Satyameva Jayate’ featuring Manoj Bajpayee and debutante Aisha Sharma. Directed by Milap Milan Zaveri, the film is set to release on August 15, 2018.
