Juhi Chawla – Negative role in ‘Gulaab Gang’ startled me initially

Actress Juhi Chawla who turns 46 today, is quite excited to play a negative character in her next ‘Gulaab Gang’. It is a story based on  women’s grit and determination, but Juhi was initially quite worried if she could portray the negative character.

According to sources, Juhi said, “Gulaab Gang is a very interesting film. I was startled when I heard the script because first of all it was a very strong film and the second thing was my negative role in it. I was like, ‘What has happened to the director and producer that they want me for the role? How did they think that I can do the role. I was surprised by the makers confidence in me to pull it off.”
But later, on consideration she realized it would be different and challenging experience so she gave her nod.
