Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla were considered to be one of the cutest onscreen jodis of Bollywood. Apart from the sizzling chemistry on screen, they are even good friends offscreen and share a great bond. Despite being good friends and co-stars, they are also the co-owners of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Since 2008 they have been handling the team well. However, Juhi recently revealed that ‘It is not good to watch a match’ with SRK.
Juhi Chawla on not watching the match with Shah Rukh Khan
At a recent event, the Bhootnath actor shared the stressful experience during the IPL matches. She revealed why it’s not a good idea to watch the match with him. “It is not good to watch a match with him because when our team is not performing well, he vents out his anger at me. I tell him to tell that to the team and not me. So we are not the best people to watch the match with. I think the same goes for a lot of owners. They all can be seen sweating while their teams play,” Juhi was quoted saying by India Today.
“When our team plays, it is interesting to watch them and we all are highly tense.” She added, “IPL is always exciting. We all are in front of our television sets,” Juhi said at the event.
Meanwhile, SRK and Juhi were a hit jodi back in the 90s. They did 9 films together including Yes Boss, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Darr, One 2 Ka 4 and more. Additionally, they appeared in cameos in 5 films: Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Krazzy 4, Luck By Chance, Om Shanti Om & Zero.
