Juhi Chawla signs Rs 1 lakh surety bond for Aryan Khan, ahead of his release from Arthur Road jail

Actress Juhi Chawla signed the surety bond for Aryan Khan in the special NDPS court (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) on Friday, evening. The actress reached the special NDPS court to sign the Rs 1 Lakh bond for her friend, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. The Bombay High Court announced the conditions in the bail order today. Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High court on Thursday, October 28. Apart from Aryan, the co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also granted bail by the court.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, Aryan’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde revealed how Juhi Chawla signed the surety bond for Aryan Khan. He said, “She (Juhi Chawla) knows him from birth as they are professionally associated.”

Maneshinde further said, “The order was furnished to the Sessions Special Court. Juhi Chawla has been accepted as surety by the court. Bail formalities are being completed. Once the bonds are signed, they’ll directly go from the court to jail.” ANI reported pictures of Juhi Chawla from her appearance outside court.

Meanwhile, Aryan Khan’s lawyers left for the special NDPS court to complete the other procedures. The lawyers will collect Aryan Khan’s release papers from the special NDPS court and submit them to the jail superintendent.

Shah Rukh Khan was seen leaving Mannat for the court. As per reports, Shah Rukh Khan had left for the special NDPS court.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3. He was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2, after the sleuths busted an alleged rave party on a cruise ship. The star kid was earlier denied bail by the lower court. His bail plea was rejected by the special NDPS court. Aryan Khan was remanded to judicial custody till October 30. He is expected to return home today after the court granted him bail.
