Kajol shares a quirky video as she announces her web series debut - WATCH

This year, Kajol is all set to complete three decades in the Hindi film industry. The actress debuted with the film Bekhudi in the year 1992 and since then, she has been a part of some of the biggest blockbusters that Hindi cinema has offered. From Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge to Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and innumerable others, her illustrious filmography is filled with some iconic projects, and now she is all set to try her hand at something new and it is equally as exciting.

Kajol took to her social media today to share a quirky video that announces her web series debut. In the video, Kajol is seen wearing a red ensemble, looking as charming and elegant as ever. The video begins with a interesting voiceover that references her famous dialogue from DDLJ, “palat… palat… palat”, as the actress stands with her back to the camera.

Later on in the video, the actress turns to face the lens and makes the much-awaited announcement as she says, “Haan haan, main hi hun, aur kaun hoga. Aur aa rahi hun apna show lekar, only on Disney+ Hotstar. (Yes it’s me, who else will it be. I am coming with my show only on Disney+ Hotstar).”

The web series debut of Kajol has been a much-awaited one, and recently, the actress got in the news as her film Gupt: The Hidden Truth completed 25 years. During one of her interactions, she spoke about her web plans, revealing that she was offered the web show Aarya, which has had two seasons till now with Sushmita Sen in the lead and a third season already sanctioned, but she said no to it.

Now that she has made her OTT debut announcement, the audience has got all the more excited for it. And not just that, Kajol has a film with Revathy as well in the pipeline that will see her in an interesting avatar.
