Kajol tests COVID positive, misses daughter Nysa’s ‘sweetest smile’

Earlier today,  January 30, Kajol took to her Instagram handle to inform her fans and followers that she has tested positive for COVID. The actress shared the information along with a stunning picture of her daughter Nysa Devgan and also revealed why she chose to share her daughter’s picture.

Missing her daughter’s ‘sweetest smile,’ the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress shared the photo and captioned it as: “Tested positive and I really don’t want anyone to see my Rudolph nose so let’s just stick to the sweetest smile in the world! Miss u @nysadevgan and yes I can see the eye roll!”

In Kajol COVID post, the star kid is seen looking pretty with mehendi clad hands. Fans were quick to wish Kajol get well soon as they flooded the comments section. Priyanka Chopra Jonas also complimented Nysa and commented on Kajol’s post, she wrote: “She’s stunning ?”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kajol was last seen in Renuka Shahane’s social drama web series titled Tribhanga alongside Tanvi Azmi and Mithila Palkar, which marked her first collaboration with Netflix. Prior to that, she featured in her first short film, Devi. Helmed by Priyanka Banerjee, the film also starred Neha Dhupia, Neena Kulkarni, Mukta Barve, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Yashaswini Dayama, Sandhya Mhatre and Rama Joshi.

Currently, she is gearing up to star in the movie titled The Last Hurrah helmed by acclaimed veteran Revathi. She also has a biopic Sasi Lalitha, in which she play the titular character. Next, she will be seen in Velaiilla Pattadhari 3, a sequel to Velaiilla Pattadhari 2. She also has Rajkumar Hirani’s untitled satirical comedy, where she will reunite with her Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge co-star Shah Rukh Khan.
