Actor Aditya Roy Kapur recently injured himself while filming on the sets of the period drama ‘Kalank’. Reportedly the shooting of the film has been stalled due to Aditya’s injury.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, Aditya got injured as he slipped while shooting for an action sequence. The actor is currently recuperating under medical care. A source close to the film told the daily, “Shooting for ‘Kalank’ was happening in the Film City and Aditya, while shooting an intense action scene, somehow lost his grip and slipped. He hurt his jaw and broke a tooth, and was immediately taken to the hospital. The doctor has suggested that he rest for at least six to seven days. Depending on how soon he recovers, it will be decided when he can resume shooting.”

Previously even Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt had got themselves injured on the sets of this Abhishek Varman film.
“Something is wrong, as one after another, actors of the film are meeting with accidents since the shoot began [in April this year]. Given the back-to-back incidents, the makers have decided to take extra precaution on the sets,” the source further added.

Alia got herself injured on the sets when she tripped on the stairs and hurt her foot badly. Talking about her injury a source told Mumbai Mirror, “Alia is also juggling the shoot of ‘Brahmastra’ with Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan so she can’t take a break. Alia has been resting in between shots so the injury is not aggravated.”
We wonder what’s wrong as all the actors are meeting with accidents on the sets of this film one by one?
