LFW Winter/Festive’ 18 Edition: Kalki Koechlin to walk for designer Gaurav Dutta?

‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ actress Kalki Koechlin is all set to set the ramp on fire for Gaurav Dutta at the Lakme Fashion Week (Lakme Fashion Winter/Festive) 2018 edition. The designer will be presenting his collection ‘Souvenirs of British India’ on the final day of the fashion extravaganza, which runs from August 22 to 26.

Talking to PTI, Gaurav said, “I am excited to be showcasing my collection for the very first time in the Lakme Fashion Week. ‘Souvenirs of British India’ is my attempt to take the restricted royalty from the British Era and transform it into fashion for the urban Indian woman of today.”

Though the designer has given a word about his plans for ‘LFW’ 2018, Kalki is yet to confirm the same from her end. Although, we hope this turns out to be true and we get to see the actress sizzle on the ramp.

Coming to Kalki’s filmy front, the 35-year-old actress will be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead. Backed by Zoya and Excel Entertainment, the film revolves around Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy, who are known for their song ‘Mere Gully Mein’ in Mumbai.

Also featuring Ananya Panday in a cameo, Parmeet Sethi, Prakash Raj, Pooja Gauras, Kubra Sait, Nassar and Anurag Arora, ‘Gully Boy’ is slated to release on February 14, 2019.
