Has Kamaal R Khan truly left India ?

Controversial Actor Kamaal R. Khan, had vowed that he will have a sex change and get married to Karan Johar, if Modi became the Prime Minister of India. KRK had also vowed that he will leave India too. Well whether it is just a stunt or truly KRK is fulfilling at least one of his promise , the publicity hound seems to be leaving India .

KRK tweeted

I 100% believe tat @narendramodi Ji will remain PM of India for next 10yrs so I shall live in Dubai for next 10yrs. I will miss my India.

As per sources, KRK has decided to go to Dubai and stay there for ten long years , As he feels that Modi will also have a second term as PM of the country. He bumped into the Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar on the flight and even posted a photo with him.
Well KRK what about the other promise and do get a permission from K Jo too.
