Kangana Ranaut on ‘fake horse’ row: I know who had released that horse video

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Kangana Ranaut? Rebel, daring and a lady who is fiery and doesn’t take a backward step. Kangana in recent times has been involved in plenty of controversies. The diva in an interview with Mid-Day spoke on a range of issues and was just being herself.

Kangana’s last venture ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ faced a lot of hurdles. But, one clip of Kangana using a ‘fake horse’ for her stunts went viral and the actress faced a barrage of criticism for this.

Kangana was seen shooting an action scene on a mechanical horse and it led to many jokes and memes on social media.

The ‘Queen’ actress said, “I am me, and you are you, is where the words ‘nepotism’, and ‘outsider’, come from; because they feel superior to others. We need to question that, and the fact that I also know who had released that horse video. If I tell you the name, you will be shocked.”

Kangana in the same interview also attacked people within Bollywood and said, ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ is still ahead of many heroes’ highest grossers. And with ‘Manikarnika’, people are saying no hero has ever done action like this. So, it is frightening many people — making them feel, ki hamari bhi period film aayegi, will we be compared? If in your business, journalism, it is not as simple as it looks, then how can it be in mine?”

‘Manikarnika’ despite facing a lot of hurdles did quite well at the box-office. Kangana Ranaut believes in her talent immensely and that’s why she is successful in the Hindi film industry.
