More than her work, Kangana Ranaut grabs headline for all the wrong reasons. Off late she has been grabbing eyeballs for her unwavering support to the central government over farmers protest and other such social issues.
Now, Kangana’s ‘Manikarnika’ co-director Krish has spoken about the credit controversy caused during the making of the film. For the uninitiated, Kangana was accused by Krish of hijacking ‘Manikarnika’. Due to this issue, Krish had left the film and Kangana shot the remaining portions of the film. Following which Krish had to share directors credit for the film with Kangana.
Krish Jagarlamudi recently appeared on Samantha Akkineni’s talk show, ‘Sam Jam’. It was on this show that Krish spoke about ‘Manikarnika’s credit controversy.
In the promo of ‘Sam Jam’, when asked about the controversy, Krish is heard saying, “I want to speak for one last time. Kangana and her team watched the film and I got a call after two days. My only fear was that I might remain unknown to the world. As artistes, we can only show our potential to the world when we get the right opportunities.”

Looks like Krish has opened up about the unpleasant phase in his life once again. Krish appeared on Samatha’s show along with actress Rakul Preet Singh who also spoke about controversies she has faced in her career. The entire episode will be out on December 18.
Last year speaking about the Kangana taking over his film Krish had told SpotboyE, “Kangana has done 20-25% of the first half and 10-15% in the second half. I didn’t shoot a song and I didn’t shoot her entry scene. In the second half, she has even re-shot some scenes which I had done in a different way. Kangana even told me that Zee Studios hadn’t liked what I had made. It was looking like a Bhojpuri film. I laughed. People know my previous work. We argued but she wanted her own way.”
Meanwhile, Kangana claimed that she directed 70 per cent of ‘Manikarnika’.
