Today, the Bombay High Court reserved the judgment on the written petition filed by Kangana Ranaut against the demolition of her bungalow by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). As per a report in ANI, “Court was informed that all concerned parties have filed their written submissions. Following this, it concluded the hearing and reserved the order.”
In September, Kangana’s Bandra office named ‘Manikarnika Films’ was partially demolished by the BMC allegedly for illegal construction. This happened after her war of words with Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut as the actress compared Mumbai to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK). Later, the actress filed a petition in the HC. In her plea, she also demanded Rs 2 crore for the damages by the civic body and its officials.
