Actor Kangana Ranaut who is currently busy with her political rallies has now put up her Mumbai bungalow for sale. According to the latest reports, Kangana is selling her Bandra bungalow for Rs 40 crore. If the reports are to be believed, Kangana has decided to sell her house in Bandra’s Palli Hill owing to her political career. Reportedly, she has been spending most of her time in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh. Due to this, she is planning to put up her house for sale.
A YouTube page called Code Estate shared a video, mentioning that the production house office is up for sale. Though the host didn’t name the celebrity, the tour of the house made clear that it belonged to Kangana Ranaut. For the unversed, this is the same house which faced demolition by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Back in 2020, BMC tried to demolish her house with a bulldozer, citing illegal construction. Later, it was stopped midway after a stay order from Bombay High Court on September 9.
The Manikarnika actor even filed a case against BMC while demanding Rs 2 crores for compensation. However, she then dropped her demands in May 2023.
Meanwhile, Kangana won the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections from the constituency of Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. On the professional front, she is now gearing up for the movie ‘Emergency’ which will be released in cinemas on September 6. The movie also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade and more.
