It’s been almost two months since Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath tied the knot but their wedding celebrations are still in full swing. Post their intimate wedding on December 12, the couple hosted two receptions in Mumbai and Punjab. Yesterday, Kapil and Ginni hosted yet another reception in Delhi for his politician and bureaucrat friends.

Taking to social media, Kapil Sharma posted a picture of him along with his wife Ginni Chatrath from their Delhi reception. In the picture, both Kapil and Ginni look no less than a royal couple as they complimented each other in colour coordinated outfits. Comedian-actor Kapil donned a blue bandh-gala with white trousers and a shawl on his shoulders. On the other hand, Ginni looked stunning in a blue Anarkali with gold embroidery all over it.

Earlier, Kapil and Ginni had hosted a reception in Amritsar for friends and family on December 14. Then on December 24, they hosted yet another reception for his industry fraternity.  The reception was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood.

Notably, Kapil and Ginni have known each other since long back. During the difficult phase of Kapil’s life, it was Ginni who helped him go through his struggles with depression.

On the professional front, Kapil Sharma has made his comeback on television with the second season of his comedy show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ that premiered on  29 December 2019.
