Karan Johar loses cool over a comment on his sexuality, BASHES troll saying ‘Bahu laa do maa ko’

Filmmaker Karan Johar has often been at the receiving end of criticism. Netizens bash him left right and center for every small thing on social media. Be it his movies, his fashion, his love towards star kids or his sexuality. Well, once again he is subjected to criticism when a user commented on his picture saying he should bring a wife for his mother’s timepass. This comment came to his notice and he thought it was distasteful.

Karan decided to give it back to him who termed ‘Bahu’ as a timepass. Moreover, the troll also took a sly dig at his sexuality. He took to his Instagram stories and shared the screenshot of the comment saying such comments are offensive.

He wrote, “Of all the crazy trolls, the abuse and judgement I get about my life choices and my way of being I find comments like these the most offensive. Firstly, no ‘bahu’ should be a time pass for anyone’s mother. A bahu is a label which comes with ridiculous regressive baggage. She is an individual in her own right and can pass her time how she likes personally and professionally. Also to everyone I would like to add my mother co-parents my children with me and doesn’t need any ‘time pass’. Her life is complete by the love we receive from her and do our best to give it back with all our heart! “

Talking about his sexuality, KJo further said, “And bringing in a ‘Bahu’ is not an option for whoever is concerned about my relationship status. My children are blessed to have my mother guide us all. And in life if I were to have a partner I would do so to fill my void, not anyone else’s! Thank you for listening.”
