Karan Johar recently heaved a sigh of relief as the local court discharged him from all the Criminal Case charged against the director. A case was filed against the ace filmmaker for playing the national anthem in his film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum.’ According to the complainers, the playing of the national anthem in the film caused dishonour to the country as a few people did not stand up while the anthem was being played.
Well, this is not the first case filed against Karan Johar. There are numerous case pending in the court which could be a cause of a headache for him. How can we forget the famous AIB Roast Case which caught everyone’s attention? A case was registered in the Court against Karan for allegedly using obscene language in AIB Roast episode. At a recent event, Karan Johar gave his take on this series of FIR’s lodged against him. He mocked these incidents and called himself an FIR King. He said, “I feel bound on every level, be it what I put out on the celluloid or what I say in print. I feel like there is always some kind of a legal notice awaiting me everywhere I go. I’ve become some kind of an FIR king.”

Talking about his next projects, Karan Johar will soon be presenting his ‘Kapoor & Sons’ starring Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan. Next, he is also the producer of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming venture ‘Walk And Talk’ directed by Gauri Shinde.
