Karan Johar: Kareena Kapoor Khan wakes up and calls her PR team for the day’s gossip

Kareena Kapoor Khan may not be ‘officially’ on any social media platform, but it’s a well-known fact that she does stalk people and is quite active online under a pseudonym. On Karan Johar’s talk show ‘Koffee With Karan’, everyone vouched for Kareena’s love for gossip. In fact, Priyanka Chopra even called her -‘Karta-dharta of gup (Gossip Queen)’. Now Karan, who is Bebo’s best friend, has made yet another revelation about her love for gossip.

KJo recently appeared on Kapil Sharma’s ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ along with his other best friend Kajol. Now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Karan was made Prime Minister of Bollywood and was asked to assign portfolios to his industry friends. For the post of ‘Minister of Gossip Affairs’, without a doubt, KJo recommended Bebo’s name. In fact, he went on to reveal about her insane obsession with gup. The ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ director said, “She (Kareena) wakes up and calls her PR team for the day’s gossip. Then, she calls me up to confirm them. If we need to broadcast the news, we should give it to Ranbir (Kapoor). He’ll have it published in the papers in two days.”

When it came to ‘Ministry of Social Media’, Karan suggested Varun Dhawan’s name because he himself handles his social media pages. “I know his handles are managed by him and not his team. I can tell from the grammatical mistakes he makes,” shared the director.

As for the ‘Health Ministry’ and ‘Ministry of Fashion’, Karan suggested Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor’s name respectively. KJo said that he would keep the ‘House Party Minister’ portfolio for himself as he is the best at it.
