Karan Johar’s house party video irked Akali Dal MLA, Manjinder Singh Sirsa. The house party was attended by Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Vicky Kaushal, Ayan Mukerji, Varun Dhawan, Shahid Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora among others. The video went viral on social media but it landed the celebs in a controversy. Manjinder Singh shared the same video on his Twitter handle and accused the celebs of “proudly flaunting their drugged state”.
Now, he has requested the Mumbai Police to register an FIR against the Bollywood celebs. In his tweet he wrote, “I have requested @CPMumbaiPolice to register FIR against the Bollywood Stars in the video flaunting their drug party…under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.”

Politician Milind Deora’s wife Pooja Shetty was also present at the party and responding to Sirsa’s earlier post, Milind wrote, “My wife was also present that evening (and is in the video). Nobody was in a “drugged state” so stop spreading lies & defaming people you don’t know! I hope you will show the courage to tender an unconditional apology.”
