With much praise from the industry and stunning reviews from critics, Alizeh’s debut movie has received strong word of mouth. With this, ace filmmaker Karan Johar has heaped praise on Farrey.

Karan Johar took to his Facebook handle and lauded Farrey. He wrote, “A film that not only makes you wake up to class distinctions, the ironies of cheating and the dark side of ambition and greed but also packs a punch as an exam thriller heist is absolutely no mean achievement! National award-winning director Soumendra Padhi has directed Farrey. It stars Alizeh, Zeyn Shaw, Sahil Mehta, Prasanna Bisht, Ronit B Roy, and Juhi Babbar Soni in pivotal roles. The high-school thriller drama is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Sunir Kheterpal, Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and Nikhil Namit. Farrey has been released in theatres on 24th November 2023.
