Karan Johar Praises John Abraham’s Madras Cafe

John Abraham who was feeling quite alone in his fight for his movie Madras Cafe was quite pleased to receive praise from an unexpected source. Karan Johar one of Bollywood’s leading filmmakers showered praise on his effort on the controversial subject of the Former Prime Minister of India Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination and also the Sri Lankan civil war.

Karan Johar tweeted,”Madras Cafe is intelligent, well-intentioned, spectacularly shot and edge-of-the-seat! A proud film in every department! Superb,John Abraham emerging as the new-age producer of our times. His brand value takes a giant leap.”

There were controversies raging prior to the release but it did not stop the audiences from watching the movie and appreciating it.
