Karan Johar reunites with Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan

Karan Johar is all set to reunite with the cast of his hit flick ‘The Student Of The Year’. The mentor who is starting with the sequel to the movie will be taking his protegees for a musical tour in several cities of United States.

Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, who had debuted with the 2012 romantic drama, will be performing songs from their debut film on this two-week long tour. It is rumoured that the song from ‘Student Of The Year’ would be the highlight of the show.

Sources say, “Along with Varun, Alia and Sidharth few more actors are being finalised. The organisers are at present working out the finer details of the upcoming musical tour that will a sort of reunion for the SOTY cast. As though Alia and Varun have worked in Humpty Sharma KI Dulhania and Alia and Sidharth have worked in ‘Kapoor & Sons’ the threesome have never worked in any other film till this date.”

Karan Johar will be starting the rehearsals as soon as the finer details of the actors performances are in place.

At present Alia is busy promoting her upcoming flick ‘Udta Punjab’, Varun Dhawan has just wrapped up his action dhamaka ‘Dishoom’ whereas Sidharth has completed work on ‘Baar Baar Dekho’.
