Karan Johar reveals THIS actress is his twins Yash, Roohi’s favourite due to special rishta

Karan Johar is a doting father to his two kids Yash and Roohi whom he welcomed via surrogacy in 2017. Yash and Roohi are two of the most popular star kids of Bollywood. Karan often shares Yash and Roohi’s adorable photos on Instagram. In a recent interview, Karan was asked who is Yash and Roohi’s favourite actor.

Karan said that his kids don’t know many of them as stars but as chachis, chachus and didis. He went on to add that Alia Bhatt shares a great bond with Yash and Roohi because she also ties Rakhi to his son.

Talking about Yash and Roohi, Karan Johar told India Today, “All the actors who I work with come home a lot, and the kids are warm to them, they are very warm to the kids. So they don’t have any favourites, but they know them all now. Their favourite is, I think Alia didi, because she also ties rakhi to Yash. So they know that there is this special rishta there.”

On the work front, Karan wrapped up directing Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.

Alia has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress is currently busy promoting Ayan Mukerji’s Brashmastra. Brahmastra also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. The film is slated to release in September this year. Alia is also set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone. She will be sharing screen space with Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, and Matthias Schweighofer.
