Karan Johar to announce ‘Dhadak’ with Jhanvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter?

Just sometime back, Karan Johar took to his social media pages and posted a mysterious video with a message that there is something big coming up at 5 pm. He also mentioned that as he introduced Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra in 2012, he is now ready to expand his Dharma family and welcome two new stars.

Now our sources reveal that Karan Johar is going to announce the much-awaited debut of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter, Jhanvi Kapoor’s debut film that also stars Shahid Kapoor‘s brother Ishaan Khatter. the film is an official remake of the 2016 hit Marathi film ‘Sairat’ and the Hindi film will be called ‘Dhadak’. ‘Sairat’ was an out and out hit and was the biggest Marathi blockbuster of 2016. Karan Johar had immediately bought the remake rights from the producers of ‘Sairat’ only to cast Jhanvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter in it.
