Karan Johar’s film, ‘Student Of The Year 2’ could not pull off the intended magic at the box-office. The film released last week featuring Aditya Seal, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, and Tara Sutaria in the pivotal roles. As the producer, Karan Johar keeps updating his fans about the box-office collection of the film, fans brutally trolled him for calling ‘SOTY 2’ a ‘Summer Time Hit’.

Karan Johar who is famously known for launching only star kids in Bollywood has created much-anticipation for his film ‘SOTY 2’, starring young talents from the film industry. While the prequel starring Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra won millions of hearts for its fresh plot, the sequel could not attract the audience in the same manner.

With KJo sharing the latest figures of the film’s collection, he even called it a hit, which kind of didn’t go down well with people on social media. And thus, he got trolled brutally for projecting the film wrongly. Check out his post and the comments of his fans here below.

After releasing multi-starrer films like ‘Kalank’ and ‘SOTY 2’, Karan Johar is gearing up for his next directorial ‘Takht’. The historical drama is set in the backdrop of the Mughal era, starring Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and many others in the film.
