Kareena Kapoor celebrates son Taimur Ali Khan’s gold medal win with a mini Mujhse Dosti Karoge reunion with Rani Mukerji- See pics

Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji first featured in a film together in the year 2002 in Mujhse Dosti Karoge. The film also featured Hrithik Roshan in the lead. And now, recently, the two actresses had a mini reunion on Kareena’s son Taimur Ali Khan’s taekwondo meet.

On Saturday, Kareena attended the annual competition at Kiran’s Taekwondo Training Academy. Taimur also showcased his skills there, and much to Kareena’s pride, her son clinched a gold medal win there. Pictures that have surfaced online from the event, see Kareena beaming with pride as she stands next to taimur wearing his gold medal.

Not just that, Kareena also got to have a mini reunion with Rani, who was also in attendance there. She had come to support Karan Johar’s son Yash Johar, who also showcased his skills. Both Kareena and Rani posed together as well with the kids’ trainer Kiran. While Rani opted for a red tee and denim look, Kareena rocked an all-white casual ensemble.

Apart from Mujhse Dosti Karoge, both Rani and Kareena were also a part of Yuva and Talaash. Both actresses also made their respective appearances recently on Koffee With Karan 8. While Kareena came with Alia Bhatt, Rani was accompanied by Kajol. Both the actresses brought an honesty in their conversations, something that they are loved for.

On the work front, Kareena made her OTT debut recently with Sujoy Ghosh’s Jaane Jaan. Next up, she has her maiden production venture with Hansal Mehta, The Buckingham Murders. She also stars alongside Tabu and Kriti Sanon in The Crew. As for Rani, she gave an impressive performance this year in Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway. The film emerged to be a critical and commercial success.
