Kareena Kapoor Khan’s father Randhir gives her health update after she tests positive for COVID-19

Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan tested positive for COVID-19 today along with her bestie Amruta Arora. However, an official confirmation on the same is still awaiting. Reportedly, the BFFs were recently hanging out with Malaika Arora and Karisma Kapoor. Now, Bebo’s father Randhir Kapoor gave an important health update after she was tested positive for COVID-19. Randhir told IndiaToday.in that Bebo has mild symptoms and has quarantined herself at her home.

Randhir Kapoor said, “She was tested positive yesterday. The doctor said it is very mild. She is feeling much better today. The kids are with her only. She is home quarantined.” On the other hand, her spokesperson even mentioned that she is following all the necessary protocols and all the precautions in order to curb the virus.

Kareena’s spokesperson told the same portal, “Kareena has been extremely responsible throughout the lockdown period. In fact, she has been issuing orders and diktats to have masks and sanitisers on her film sets or during ad shoots. She and Amrita Arora contracted Covid-19 at an intimate dinner where a few friends had gathered to catch up. It wasn’t a big dinner, just a few people close to Bebo (Kareena Kapoor). There was one person in the group who seemed unwell and was coughing. This person should have been responsible enough to not attend the dinner and put others at risk.”

“As soon as she tested positive, she has quarantined herself and is following the necessary precautions and protocols to deal with the condition. It is not fair to put the blame on her and say that she has been irresponsible and has let her guards down. Kareena is a responsible citizen and also takes utmost care in safeguarding her family,” the spokesperson further said.
