Kareena Kapoor gets discharged from hospital; heads home with Saif Ali Khan and Taimur

Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan returned home on Tuesday after she was discharged from the hospital. Kareena delivered her second child, a baby boy on Sunday (February 21). In the video that was captured by the paparazzi, Kareena and her newborn were accompanied by Saif Ali Khan and Taimur. As the family were heading home in a tinted car, the pictures are not very clear. We see Taimur sitting in the front seat with his dad. They made sure that paps don’t capture the face of the newborn.

After the birth of their second child, Saif issued an official statement that read: “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support.”

We wish we could get a glimpse of Kareena and her child, but now it seems we have to wait a bit longer. Kareena and Saif had recently shifted to a new house. So, they were heading to their new abode with the new member of the family.

On Sunday, early morning Kareena was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital and she delivered the baby at 9 am. Kareena had announced her pregnancy in August last year on her Instagram handle. “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family. Thank you to all our well-wishers for all their love and support,” she wrote. Kareena and Saif tied the knot in 2012 and their first son, Taimur was born in 2016.

We are now eagerly waiting for Saif and Kareena to share pics of their second child soon.
