Kareena Kapoor Khan on Amrita Singh: We’ve never met but I respect her

The finale episode of ‘Koffee With Karan 6’ was graced by Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra. The teaser had already created a lot of buzz and today fans of Kareena and Priyanka finally saw them together sharing the same couch. Both were at their candid best on the chat show. Kareena opened up about her relationship with Saif Ali Khan’s ex-wife Amrita Singh.

When Karan asked Kareena, “You keep the balance between Amrita as well? Do you kind of talk to each other at all?”, Kareena said, “We have never met but I have the utmost respect and regards for her.” When Karan asked further, “You’ve never met?” Bebo said, “No, I met Saif many years after he got divorced. So, it was not on anyone’s time. He was clearly single.” 

Well, that’s an interesting revelation made by Kareena, isn’t it? Saif and Amrita are in good terms now and their children Sara and Ibrahim hold no grudges towards their dad. In fact, Sara and Saif appeared together in one of the episodes of ‘Koffee With Karan 6’ where Sara talked about her father’s second marriage and said that things never really got uncomfortable with them as everyone handled the relationship maturely.

On the work front, Kareena has started shooting for ‘Good News’ that has Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. Also, she will be seen in Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ that has a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
