I don’t know if it was twice or more: Kareena Kapoor Khan on rejecting Saif Ali Khan’s proposal at first

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. The power couple tied the knot on 16 October, 2012. Kareena and Saif always give fans major relationship goals. For the uninitiated, Kareena had earlier revealed that when Saif proposed to her for the first time, she turned him down. And when Saif proposed a second time, she rejected him again. Now, in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kareena Kapoor revealed the reason behind rejecting Saif Ali Khan’s proposal.

Recalling the number of times she rejected him, Kareena said, “I don’t even remember now. Maybe was it twice or more. But what’s important is that finally I said yes.”

When asked her the reason behind rejecting his proposal, Kareena smiled as she shared, “Maybe I thought it was too soon or you know, we’ve just kind of known each other a little bit and you know… I think maybe it was because of that. But I think I was always sure that I’m gonna marry him.”
