We all know how fit actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is, she is a perfect example of physical health. Even after her first son Taimur Ali Khan’s birth, she has returned to her original form quite fast. To mark World International Yoga Day Kareena dropped a perfect picture of her toned body on her Instagram story in which she is posing casually and with the caption Free Your Mind. One cannot miss the beautiful beach in the background. The actor even during her pregnancy kept herself fit by practising yoga. Her yoga trainer for almost ten years, Anshuka Parwani who runs the yoga institute ‘Anshuka Yoga,’ has revealed in media interviews that the actress managed this weight loss by doing pranayams and Surya namaskars. Reportedly, Kareena begins her day with fifty Surya Namaskars and forty-five minutes of other yoga asanas.
Earlier, Kareena had posted about her yoga routine on her Instagram page. She wrote, “I like to start my mornings with yoga because I truly believe in its transformational power, both for the mind and body. So, it’s only natural that I’m excited about a new discovery called yoga for the mouth! It’s essentially an Ayurvedic practice of an oil pulling routine, which is a great technique for detoxification.”
During her pregnancy, Kareena had shown some yoga asanas while endorsing a brand. She showed several yoga poses while flaunting her bare baby bump, the pictures also went viral.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will next be seen in Aamir Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, in which she is romantically paired opposite him. The actor shot for the film during her second pregnancy. The film is the Hindi remake of the Hollywood flick ‘Forrest Gump’ and is likely to hit the screens later this year. Kareena and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second son earlier this year.
