Kareena Kapoor Khan shares pictures of Saif Ali Khan and Taimur performing yoga but Tim steals the show

On International Yoga Day (June 21), Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram handle to share a couple of pictures of Saif Ali Khan and Taimur practicing yoga. In the pictures, shared by Bebo, the father-son duo is seen practicing yoga but as usual, it’s Taimur who has grabbed the limelight.

“Following suit for International Yoga Day is the husband and the son… we’re always inspiring each other because inspiration starts at home,” Kareena captioned the pics. Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Maheep Kapoor dropped red hearts emojis on the post. Both Saif and Taimur are seen in colour co-ordinated outfits.

Kareena also shared a single picture of her doing yoga and wrote that her yoga journey began in 2006 when she signed Tashan and Jab We Met and it was an incredible one that kept her fit and strong. “Now after two babies and four months postpartum… this time I was just exhausted and in too much pain to get back but today I’m slowly and steadily getting back at it. My yoga time is my me time… and of course, consistency is key… so, keep at it people ❤️??????????On that note, I’m going to #StretchLikeACat and hope you do too(sic)”, she wrote further.

Earlier today, she also posted a bikini picture of her in an Instagram story and wrote “free your mind”.

On the work front, Kareena will be seen with Aamir Khan in Laal Singh Chaddha while Saif will be seen in Adipurush, Bhoot Police, and Bunty Aur Babli 2.
