Kareena Kapoor pays a visit to Ranbir and Neetu Kapoor after the death of Rishi Kapoor

Yesterday night, Kareena Kapoor Khan was spotted visiting her cousin Ranbir Kapoor and aunt, Neetu Kapoor at their residence in Mumbai. She was seen wearing a mask over her face and dressed in a striped shirt. The picture is all over the internet now.

Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30 at Sir H N Reliance hospital in Mumbai after battling against Leukemia. Due to the lockdown, only 20 people could attend the last rites that were performed at a South Mumbai crematorium, by son Ranbir. Kareena was one of the family members along with Neetu Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor, Rima Jain and others. Also, Alia Bhatt, Abhishek Bachchan, and Ayan Mukerji attended the funeral of the veteran actor.

On Sunday, Rishi Kapoor’s ashes were immersed in Mumbai’s Banganga tank. Ranbir and Riddhima were accompanied by Alia and Ayan. Prior to that, on the same say, there was a prayer meet held at Rishi Kapoor’s residence.

Rishi was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. After undergoing treatment for almost a year in New York, he returned back in 2019. He was fit and fine till this year he fell sick during his visit to Delhi. He caught an infection and was admitted to a hospital. Later, he recovered but finally lost his battle to cancer.

The entire Kapoor family is mourning his death and everyone is staying like pillars of strength for Neetu, Ranbir, and Riddhima at this hard time.
