Kareena Kapoor: It will be an honor to share screen space with Ranveer Singh in ‘Takht’

Karan Johar’s cast of his upcoming venture ‘Takht’ is a star-studded one. From Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Alia Bhatt to Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor Khan, the filmmaker has managed to rope in the finest talents from the film industry. Needless to say, the magnum opus will break many records all due to this stellar cast on-board. Also, this will be the first time ever when we will see Ranveer and Kareena together in one frame. And just as much we are excited to witness them on the silver screen, Kareena too is excited to work with the ‘Padmaavat’ actor.

At the recently concluded Lakme Fashion Winter/Festive 2018, Kareena Kapoor Khan who sizzled the ramp as the showstopper spoke to PTI about her curiousness to work with Ranveer. She said, “It is great that finally after so many years I will be sharing screen space with him. It was long due collaboration. He is just a phenomenal actor. It will be an honour to share screen space with him. I am very happy.”

Bebo who is also reuniting with Karan Johar’s Dharma Production after a brief period of 17 years, stated, “I have done so many movies with Dharma in the past, but after a long time, Karan is directing me. It feels great. Working with Karan is always a pleasure.”

We are way too excited for Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’, what about you? The film also starring Vicky Kaushal is slated to release in the year 2020.
