Karisma Kapoor’s husband Sanjay Kapur threatened by gangster Ravi Pujari

The Karisma Kapoor – Sanjay Kapur divorce case has taken up a new twist. The estranged husband of the actress has appealed in the Supreme Court to transfer his case from Mumbai to Delhi. The reason for his appeal has been on the grounds that underworld don Ravi Pujari has threatened to eliminate him. A police complaint against the alleged threat has been launched at the Delhi Police’s special cell, a copy of which was also presented to the court.

Sanjay Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor’s divorce proceeding are being carried out at Bandra’s family court. The Delhi based businessman is fighting over the parental rights, as he wants the custody of his two children who are at present with Karisma. In a fresh divorce proceedings Kapur has stated that the actress had married him for money and later cheated on him too.

The court has issued an order to the deputy commisioner of special cell to submit a status report of it’s investigation on Sanjay Kapur’s complaint. The matter will come up in the court after two weeks.
