Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon reunite for the film Shehzada; Rohit Dhawan directorial to release in 2022

Actors Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon announced their next project titled Shehzada, in a post on their respective social media handles. The actors revealed the title of their next film and informed everyone about their reunion. Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan, who have collaborated earlier for the film Luka Chuppi, will be reuniting for filmmaker Rohit Dhawan’s directorial Shehzada. The film Shehzada is scheduled to hit the big screen in November 2022. Kartik and Kriti made the film announcement and mentioned it is locked for a November 4, 2022 release.

The Shehzada actor shared the title reveal poster and shared details about his next. Kartik Aaryan made the post, with the caption, “#Shehzada Duniya ka Sabse Gareeb Prince (sic).” He even tagged the producers, his co-star Kriti and other members of the team in the post.

Kriti Sanon also made a similar post. Sharing the title reveal poster, the actress wrote, “Super excited to be a part of #Shehzada. In cinemas on 4th November 2022! Directed by #RohitDhawan. (sic).” She mentioned she is super excited to be a part of the film Shehzada and revealed the release date. The actress also tagged her co-stars and the team of Shehzada.

Talking about the film, it is billed as an action-packed, musical and family film. Shehzada went on floors on Tuesday with a massive set in the city. Apart from Kartik and Kriti, the film also stars actors- Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy and Sachin Khedekar. As per reports in a section of the media, the Rohit Dhawan film will be shot in Delhi and Mumbai locations.

Work-wise, apart from Shehzada, Kartik has Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Dhamaka and a few other films in his kitty. Kriti on the other hand has the film Hum Do Humhare Do co-starring Rajkummar Rao. The actress will be reuniting with her Hum Do Humhare Do co-star Paresh Rawal for Shehzada. Sanon was last seen in the film Mimi and received positive reviews for her stellar performance.
