Kartik Aaryan puts Rs 17.5 crore house up for rent; here’s how much he’ll earn per month- Report

Actor Kartik Aaryan is currently riding high with the success of Chandu Champion. The Kabir Khan directorial venture has earned well at the box office. Amid all the success, Kartik has now got a way of passive income. According to reports, Kartik has now put up his lavish house that spans over 1,912 square feet on rent. The plush house worth ₹17.5 crore is now on rent and he will be getting ₹4.5 lakhs per month.

The lease and license agreement was registered on August 28 with a stamp duty of ₹42,500. The property, located in the Siddhi Vinayak Building within the Presidency Co-operative Society in Juhu, was jointly purchased by Aaryan and his mother, Mala Tiwari, on June 30, 2024, for ₹17.5 crore. The deal also includes two car parking spaces and incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.05 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to a Proptech platform.

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan has recently wrapped up the shoot of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 whose second part was a blockbuster at the box office. The movie is directed by Anees Bazmee but Tabu and Kiara Advani are not reprising their roles. Triptii Dimri and Madhuri Dixit are joining the team this time with OG Manjulika Vidya Balan entering the third instalment.
