Kartik Aaryan of ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama’ fame irks Karan Johar once again?

Karan Johar is angry with Kartik Aaryan. Yes, the ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama’ actor has done it once again. The first was when his team revealed that the actor has signed a Dharma Film opposite Kareena Kapoor, and it did not go down well with Karan who was thinking of casting Kartik as the second lead for the Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor starrer ‘Good News’. Well, Kartik’s loss was Diljit Dosanjh’s gain as he was signed for the same.

It is being reported that apparently, Kartik has irked Karan once again by refusing to share the couch with Vicky Kaushal for an episode of Karan’s popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan 6’.

According to Bollywood Hungama, “Karan and creative team of the show have been approaching actors to be guests on his show Koffee With Karan. Normally, Karan manages to get his friends from the industry and this time around the channel wanted some new actors too on the couch so they were looking for fresh faces we have not seen on the show so far. Since Kartik has delivered a hit this year and has got huge popularity, the team thought he would be perfect to be part of the show. However, Karan wanted him to appear with Vicky Kaushal but Kartik was not keen to come with Vicky.”

The sources further added that Kartik wanted to make his debut on the show with a bigger actor than Vicky. So the team had to look for another option and approached Ayushmann Khurrana. After Ayushmann agreed to do it, the crew shot for the episode with Karan a few days ago.

We do hope Kartik Aaryan’s team slows down and watch their steps before it is too late.

On the work front, Kartik has Dinesh Vijan’s ‘Luka Chuppi’ with Kriti Sanon and the remake of ‘Kirik Party’ with Jacqueline Fernandez.
