Is Kartik Aaryan responsible for Taapsee Pannu being dropped from ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ remake? The actor finally answers

Actress Taapsee Pannu not just plays fierce and powerful characters on the silver screens but in real life too, she is a headstrong woman. The ‘Pink’ actress recently expressed her displeasure when she was dropped from the film without being informed about it. The actress demanded an answer from the makers.

After Taapsee’s revelation, the makers of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ remake issued a statement stating that they never made any commitment to the actress. Later, there were reports that apparently Kartik Aaryan was responsible for Taapsee’s ouster from the film as he wasn’t keen on sharing screen space with the actress.

Now finally responding to these reports, Kartik Aaryan told Mumbai Mirror, “To begin with, she (Taapsee) never said anything about me in her accusations. Secondly, I wasn’t even aware that she was offered the film. I am just a few films old and not in a position to pull off something like that.”

Well, now that Kartik has finally responded on the rumours, we hope things are clear for everyone now.

The remake of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ will now star Bhumi Pednekar, Ananya Panday and Kartik in lead roles.
