Katrina Kaif finally tests negative for COVID-19; thanks everyone for checking up on her

Beautiful actress Katrina Kaif who earlier was diagnosed with COVID-19 has now tested negative for the deadly virus. Sharing the health update, the actor took to her Instagram post and wrote, “? negative ?( everyone who checked up on me thank u , it was really sweet felt a lot of ?)(sic)”, she wrote. She accompanied her post with a picture of herself dressed in yellow.

Katrina Kaif confirmed that she has tested positive for the virus on April 6, 2021. The actress was under home quarantine. “I have tested positive for Covid-19. Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I’m following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately too. Grateful for all your love & support. Please stay safe and take care (sic),” she shared the update on her Instagram stories.

In the last couple of week, several Bollywood celebrities have tested positive for Covid-19. Vicky Kaushal, Kartik Aaryan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Paresh Rawal, Bhumi Pednekar and several others have tested Covid-positive. The state of Maharashtra has registered the highest number of Covid-19 cases in the last few days. The government has imposed strict restrictions to control the spread of the virus.

Katrina Kaif is currently waiting the release of her film Sooryavanshi, also starring Akshay Kumar. The release date of the film has been deferred twice due to the ongoing situation . Katrina will also be seen in Bhoot Police, co-starring Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter.
