SCOOP! Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone to star in YRF spy movie

Fans often get excited whenever they get to see a dream star cast in a movie. YRF pulled off an ultimate casting coup for his next venture, and the internet can’t keep calm. A recent report suggests actors Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone will be coming together for a spy movie. However, more details on the same are yet to be revealed.

Katrina Kaif impressed everyone as Zoya in the Tiger franchise and Deepika Padukone as Rubina in Pathaan. Having said that, YRF wants a collab of these two feisty ladies together for their next venture. Pathaan and Tiger collaboration in Shah Rukh Khan starrer was a hit, YRF seemed to be trying out a similar formula.

Though there has been no official confirmation yet, fans are quite excited to see them together. Given the fact, the two have a common past, some fans want actor Ranbir Kapoor as the film’s antagonist. Apart from this, YRF is also going to release Tiger VS Pathaan starring Salman and SRK.

Katrina Kaif wanted to work with Deepika:

In an interview in 2019, the Bharat actor was asked who would she want to do an item song with. She told, “I would like to do it with Deepika. I think that would be very nice…she is a very good dancer. She has a very interesting style when she dances. She looks very graceful.”

Furthermore, Kaif even revealed that she told YRF head honcho, Aditya Chopra that someone should make a big-budget film with two strong female characters.

For the unversed, Katrina essayed the role of a Pakistani spy Zoya in the Tiger Franchise. She is the wife of Tiger played by Salman Khan. On the other hand, Deepika played another spy agent named Rubina in Pathaan.
