Katrina Kaif gives glimpses of her intense workout session for Tiger 3: My body was sore, I was tired

Actor Katrina Kaif is not just a terrific dancer but she is also great in action as well. She has proved that in movies like Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and Phantom. Katrina was just flawless and she is an amazing action heroine in our industry. However, when it comes to the Tiger franchise, Katrina has always pushed her envelope and tested her endurance. Speaking of which, Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram and dropped a series of her intense workout videos for Tiger 3.

In the videos, she is seen working out rigorously to not only get into shape but also look tough onscreen for her character. Along with the videos, the Bharat actor also dropped a BTS picture of the catfight sequence. Sharing the post with her fans, Kat penned a note talking about her workout session and all she went through with this.

Katrina wrote, “For me, when tiger time comes, it’s about pushing my limits, testing my endurance, and finding that strength within. Someone once told me, “Pain is just another sensation”. Don’t be afraid of it, don’t run from the pain.”

She continued, “Many days, I was so tired; it felt different this time…tougher. My body was sore, but I would tell myself to take it as a challenge and see how much I could face today. During training, we created an alter ego. So even if I was tired, SHE wasn’t tired; she was going to war! Your mind will stop you much before your body does.”

“Once you decide, commit and do it… no matter what! And the work is ALWAYS worth it. I think we were able to deliver even more dynamic action than before, and that’s always our intention. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, Katrina and Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3 will be released on November 12.
