Katrina Kaif has always proved her doubters and critics wrong and doesn’t get carried away with either success or failure. The dashing diva is currently busy promoting ‘Bharat’ and interacted with the media. Kat is always a straight shooter and makes smart decisions.

While interacting with the media, the ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ actress was asked about the reason for joining social media and she said, “I think, I am the last person to join the social media, and I don’t think that Kareena is going to be on Instagram. I was really against it earlier, I remember when Twitter had come to me for an endorsement. My manager wanted me to do an endorsement….aajkal Matlab sablog are free main posting on Twitter. I was like yeh kay hai yeh Twitter, no one is going to come on this platform..kuch nahi hone Wala hai yeh Twitter ke saat Saab bakwas hai. And then cut now and millions of people are on Twitter. So sometimes I lack the vision.”

Katrina then gave further explanation and said, “For me, the real reason for joining the social media was… everything that I was reading about myself of the digital platform were not the correct things. I used to feel very helpless at that time. And then I realised that everyone from the industry is using the platform that they speak and share their news on.”

Katrina has hit the nail on the head and social media is totally the need of the hour. And it is also a great tool to communicate with your fans.

Coming back to ‘Bharat’, it is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and stars Salman Khan in the titular role. ‘Bharat’ will be releasing on June 5, 2019.
