Katrina Kaif reveals Vicky Kaushal was never on her ‘radar’: He was a name I had heard

Katrina Kaif will be making an appearance on Karan Johar’s popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan 7’ along with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. On the show, Katrina Kaif has opened up about her love story with husband Vicky Kaushal. Katrina Kaif has revealed that Vicky Kaushal was never on her ‘radar’. She also shared that when she met him for the first time, she didn’t know much about him.

Katrina said, “I did not even know much about him. He was just a name I had heard but had never associated with. But then, when I met him, I was won over.”

The actress went on to add that her relationship with Vicky was ‘unexpected and out of the blue’. She added, “It was my destiny and it was really meant to be. There were so many coincidences that at one point all of it just felt so unreal.” Furthermore, according to Katrina, the first person she confessed to being smitten by Vicky was Zoya Akhtar. In the previous episode featuring Vicky and Sidharth Malhotra, Karan had revealed that Katrina and Vicky’s love story began when they met at Zoya’s party.

Katrina and Vicky are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. They tied the knot in December last year. The couple’s wedding was a private affair. After the wedding, Katrina and Vicky had shared their wedding photos on Instagram along with a statement that read, “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together.”

On the work front, Katrina will be seen in Phone Bhoot. The actress also has Tiger 3 with Salman Khan. Apart from this, Katrina will also be seen in Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi. Talking about Vicky, he has Sam Bahadur and Govinda Naam Mera.
