Katrina Kaif tested COVID positive but has recovered- Report

Katrina Kaif recently tested positive for COVID-19. According to News18, Katrina has completed her quarantine period. The actress was supposed to start shooting for Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas last week with Vijay Sethupathi. However, she tested positive and the shoot had to be rescheduled. Reportedly, this is also the reason she skipped the IIFA Awards.

The actress couldn’t join her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal in Abu Dhabi for IIFA. Katrina had earlier tested positive for the virus in April last year.

COVID-19 cases are increasing day by day. Shah Rukh Khan has also tested positive for COVID-19. On Saturday, Kartik Aaryan informed fans that he tested positive for the virus. The actor shared a picture on Instagram and captioned it, “Sab kuch positive chal raha tha… covid se raha nahi gaya.” This is the second time Kartik has tested positive for coronavirus.

Earlier, ETimes reported that Aditya Roy Kapur has tested positive for COVID-19. Last month, Akshay Kumar had tested positive for the virus.

Katrina Kaif has been making headlines lately for multiple reasons. The actress recently attended Karan Johar’s birthday bash. She had shared photos on Instagram looking beyond beautiful in a white outfit.

On the work front, Katrina has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actress will be seen in Tiger 3 with Salman Khan. She also has Phone Bhoot with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. She had announced her film Merry Christmas in December last year.
