Katrina Kaif’s team spreading fake news about her presence in Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’?

Just a day back, we came to know how Shraddha Kapoor and Disha Patani had demanded whopping amounts to be part of Prabhas’ next film ‘Saaho’, and ended up losing the project. But looks like neither Shraddha nor Disha but Katrina Kaif was the first choice of ‘Saaho’ makers.

Rumours of Kat being a part of the film made their way to the internet a few days back. However, Team ‘Saaho’ apparently chased her for six long months before the release of ‘Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion’. Prabhas probably didn’t interest Katrina enough, until she saw the magnificent success of ‘Baahubali 2’. Now, her team wants to cash upon the newfound success of Prabhas and have been allegedly spreading deliberate rumours. “Katrina Kaif is not in ‘Saaho’. She could’ve been part of it, as we had chased her for six months. This was before the release of ‘Baahubali 2’, when she didn’t think working with Prabhas was worth her while. So, after pursuing her for six months, we gave up on the idea of signing her for the movie. Now, when ‘Baahubali 2’ has turned out to be a much bigger success than expected, Kat’s team is spreading stories of her presence in ‘Saaho’. It’s just not true,” a source close to the project revealed to Deccan Chronicle.
