Well-known Bollywood and Sufi singer Kavita Seth has been organising a Sufi music festival called Anandotsav every year to celebrate the birth anniversary of her late husband, Mr. KK Seth. This year too, the singer will bring to the city a musical evening. She will have some exceptional musicians from across the country for the concert.

Kavita came to limelight in the year 2010, when the song ‘Iktara’ from ‘Wake Up Sid’, sung by her, got immense attention and love from everywhere. She even went on to win numerous awards for the same. Apart from that, Kavita has also sung popular songs like ‘Prem Mein Tohre’ from ‘Begum Jaan’, ‘Aisi Hoti Hai Maa’ from ‘Maatr’, and ‘Tum Hi Ho Bandhu’ from ‘Cocktail’ to her credit.
Kavita lost her husband to pancreatitis, in the year 2011.
