‘Kesari’ teaser 3: Akshay Kumar and his men are ready to battle it out

Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra starrer war drama ‘Kesari’ is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The makers have roused the curiosity of the viewers with some dynamic posters and teasers from the Karan Johar production that is based on a true story.

After teasing us with the glimpses of the period war drama the makers have now unveiled the third promo where the actor who is depicting the role of Havildar Ishaar Singh is all set to take on the 10,000 strong Afghan army with his 20 soldiers.

In the promo we see Akshay Kumar roaring like a lion, pulling the trigger of his gun to shoot the enemy. The powerful background score will truly give you goosebumps.

‘Kesari’ is produced under the banners of ‘Dharma Productions’, ‘Cape of Good Films’, ‘Azure Entertainment’ and ‘Zee Studios’. It is directed by Anurag Singh and narrates the true story of the ‘Battle of Saragarhi’ that took place between the Sikh soldiers of the British Indian Army and the Pashtun Orakzai tribesmen in 1897.

The trailer of the much-awaited war drama will release on February 21, while the film is scheduled to hit the screens on March 21 during the Holi weekend.

On the work front, after ‘Kesari’, Akshay Kumar will be seen in ‘Mission Mangal’, ‘Good News’, ‘Housefull 4’ and ‘Sooryavanshi’.
