Well, Sanjay Dutt is the first Indian mainstream actor to have received the UAE golden visa. In 2019, the UAE government had implemented a new system for long-term residence visas, so that foreigners can live, work and study in the UAE without a national sponsor. The Golden Visas are issued for 5 or 10 years and are renewed automatically.
Apart from artists, PhD degree holders, Doctors, Engineers, Researchers/Scientists and others can apply for this visa.
Recently, Sanjay had congratulated Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, on the birth of his twins. Sanjay more often goes to Dubai with his family and this year he celebrated Eid with his family at their home in Dubai.
On the work front, Sanjay will be seen in KGF: Chapter 2, Bhuj: The Pride of India, Shamshera, and Prithviraj.
