‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ Mid-Ticket Review: The first half doesn’t have more than a few laughs

We’re at the special screening of ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ and these are our thoughts after the first half of the film. So far the movie doesn’t have more than a few laughs.

Sonakshi Sinha has acted well and her expressions in a few scenes really make you laugh out loud. Unfortunately, these scenes are few and far between. I wish they had included more scenes in the sex clinic (those scenes are good). Varun Sharma is there only to play a goofball and he doesn’t play a major part in moving the plot.

Badshah has a special appearance in the first half, but we’re looking forward to more of him in the second. All in all, the film could have been the next ‘Vicky Donor’ but it ends up being a dud. We’re not really looking forward to the second half.
